Adams has been running as a bakery for the past 10+ years specialising in Ethiopian bread with a successful demand for our traditional Injera flat bread. We have transitioned into a restaurant incorporating our baking into speciality dishes that mostly require our soft, delicious Injera breads as a base of the meal.
